PRIVATE PILOT CERTIFICATE

Requirements:

40 hours of total logged flight time to include:

20 hours of instruction with at least 3 hours cross-country
3 hours night training that involves 10 landings and one 100-mile flight
3 hours of instrument training
10 hours of solo flying with at least: 1 cross-country flight with a distance of more than 150 miles
and landings at a minimum of three airports 3 landings at a towered airport
